David’s passion is to be the driving force behind improving and creating new solutions while working intimately with the customer and stakeholders throughout the process. David has demonstrated this passion with distinction in the many roles he has executed in the areas of software, consulting, client support, sales & account management.
Eric Moore, VP of Development
Eric Moore oversees the day-to-day operations of the software products business. Eric has been in the technology industry for over 18 years, including 13 years in the wholesale power and natural gas industries.
Eric's areas of expertise are centered on Microsoft technologies, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, Service Oriented Architecture, building maintainable and scalable solutions, and Agile methodologies.
Eric excels at blending business requirements and technical architecture into effective solutions that align with company vision and customer needs.
Daryl Cote, VP of Professional Services
Daryl Cote oversees software implementation, integration development, custom solution development and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) operations for Hartigen's customers. Daryl has over 20 years of experience blended between consulting, software implementation & industry with the last 14 years focused on deregulated power.
Daryl excels understanding complex business processes and delivering solutions of measurable value. Daryl’s project delivery experience includes managing complex, multi-million dollar projects. Daryl also has operational experience delivering projects for ISOs/RTOs, generators and competitive retailers.
Scott Vogan, VP of Sales
Scott Vogan oversees business development. Scott has 25 years of experience in IT consulting, software sales and services, and practice management. Scott began his career in management consulting has helped software companies such as Informatica and OpenLink grow their business.
Scott excels at identifying new customers and establishing partnership relationships that are built on excellent customer service & trust.
