Kim is Hartigen's Settlement Manager for PowerOptix®. Kim graduated from Texas A&M University in 2001. Since that time, she has been working within the deregulated power settlements space by supporting, designing, or managing the creation of settlement software. As the Settlement Manager at Hartigen, Kim utilizes her expertise to maintain the configuration of shadow settlements, train new employees and clients, and help the support, design, and testing teams to accomplish their goals.
