Streamlining Contract & Invoice Management with Commendable Efficiency Gains

EDF is a large service provider that manages 75+ Energy Management Agreements across 6 RTOs. Originally, the data validation and invoice processes were being done manually in spreadsheets and required a team of 10 resources. EDF commissioned Hartigen to develop a tightly integrated Contract and Invoice Management (Customer Billing) module to automate and streamline the process. Hartigen successfully delivered the new module in four months and worked alongside EDF to configure over 70 EMA invoices. Ultimately, EDF gained enhanced visibility, more accurate invoicing, and more efficiency, redeploying three full-time employees.
